The earth loved the sky so much it reached desperately upwards; longing to caress the clouds.

~mountains were made to kiss the heavens~

I love the idea that within each mountain is a piece of longing; longing to be among the clouds. So they reach, stretching as high as the bounds of physics will allow, just to feel that soft, cool touch. To feel weightless, despite being deeply rooted to the earth. I think that’s why humanity is so enamoured with mountains. Because by reaching their summits we, too, know what it is like to belong to the heavens.

  • This image is printed on archival-quality lustre (also known as pearl finish) paper, which beautifully showcases dark blacks and deep colours. The finish limits glare, and is perfect both framed or hung-up on its own.

For best results, please give prints a few days to flatten out completely before framing and/or hanging.
